Welcome to Mayra+. By creating an account or using our mobile app or website (mayraplus.com), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Mayra+ ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered postpartum wellness guidance focused on nutrition, hunger management, cravings, breastfeeding-friendly fueling, and gentle weight loss support. The service is delivered via our mobile app (Android and iOS) and website.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Mayra+ is designed for adult women who are postpartum or recently postpartum. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Free trial: New users receive a limited free trial that includes 6 AI chat messages with Mayra+.
Paid plans:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Profile tab — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not generally offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us within 7 days.
Mayra+ uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, meal suggestions, and insights. While we work to make these helpful and accurate, AI can occasionally produce incorrect or imperfect content. You agree to use your own judgment when applying any suggestion to your life, and to consult your healthcare provider for anything beyond general nutrition guidance.

If you experience medical concerns — including but not limited to postpartum depression, mastitis, severe pain, eating disorder symptoms, milk supply concerns, or thoughts of self-harm — please contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, design, and software that make up Mayra+ are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for your personal wellness needs but may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We aim to keep Mayra+ available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with notice when reasonable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayra+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter relating to Mayra+ will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of Mayra+ after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Mayra+ will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
